When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery within the US. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Our estimated lead times by service level are as follows:
Standard Shipping typically delivers in 2-7 business days, depending on the distance to the destination. Longer transit time is reported for deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. Service days are Monday through Saturday.
FedEx Ground typically delivers in 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
U.S. Mail Priority typically delivers in 1-3 days. Lead times may vary based on the final destination.
FedEx 2 Day typically delivers in 1-2 business days.
FedEx Overnight typically delivers the next business for orders placed before 12:30 PM EST. For orders placed after 12:30 PM EST, your order will typically arrive in 2 business days.
International orders typically deliver within 6-8 weeks depending on the final destination. Additional customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please Note: The lead times estimated above do not include order processing time. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Can I return this item? How do I set up a return?
All equipment deals and kits are final sale, and we’re unable to accept returns. If your item arrived damaged, please email us at support@americastestkitchen.com or call us at 1-800-611-0759 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm CST) within 30 days of your order, and we'll be happy to help you. You can return a cookbook by filling out and printing our pre-paid return label.
Please make sure to hang on to the bottom half of your return label so you can track the return of your package. How can I cancel my order?
Because we want your item in your hands as soon as possible, we have limited time to cancel your order and may not be able to accommodate your request. I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I adjust my order?
If you need to update the shipping address on your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed. The shipping address cannot be changed after 24 hours due to order processing.
